TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Early Check-In:  Early check-in will be available for all participants on Tuesday, August 22nd and Wednesday, August 23rd from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Hawaiian Electric Company - Kahului Office (210 W. Kamehameha Ave.).  To avoid the long lines on the day of the event, we encourage you  to attend early check-in to receive the event t-shirt, name tag, and additional information. The registered adult should remember to bring a photo ID to early check-in.

Check-In: If you are unable to make it to early check-in, you may still check-in on the day of the event starting at 6:30 am.

Parking: PLEASE NOTE - PARKING IS DIFFERENT THIS YEAR - Free event parking for participants will be available at the Lahaina Civic Center. Transportation will be provided between the Civic Center and the Golf Course by Polynesian Adventure Tours. There will be a drop off area at the golf course where you can drop off participants and supplies, then you can park at the Civic Center to catch the shuttle back to the golf course. Parking opens at 5am and will stay open until 12pm. Please do not park at the golf course.

Fishing Tournament Rules: Please review the Tournament Rules HERE, prior to the event.

Event Release, Waiver, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement: The waiver must be agreed upon during registration in order to participate in this tournament. You will be agreeing to this waiver when you register.

Hotel Information: We will post any discounted hotel rates here. They will be available to registered participants.  Please feel free to contact nearby hotels for their Kama'aina rates.

Prize Drawings:  Maui United Way will be accepting donations for tickets to be entered into the prize drawings. Tickets will be available at Hawaiian Electric during early check-in for a donation of $4.00 each or 6 for $20.00.  Tickets will also be available on the day of the event for a minimum donation of $5.00 each.
