HECO Utility Assistance Program

The purpose of the Utility Assistance program is to provide assistance with overdue utility payments for eligible households impacted by the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The assistance will be provided by direct payments totaling no more than $750 per household made by participating United Ways in the state of Hawaii to local utility companies.
