Volunteer Agreement

As a volunteer of Maui United Way (MUW), I understand that my work may involve access to information that is subject to privacy protection. By signing below, I agree to keep any and all information provided to me confidential at all times. I understand that information provided to me is not to be disclosed or discussed outside of the organization. I understand that disclosure of confidential information is a direct violation of client confidentiality rights and is subject to legal action. In addition, I understand that any photographs taken of me at a MUW event/activity will be used for advertisements including but not limited to announcements, event highlights, newsletters, newspapers, brochures, website content, annual reports, etc.
