How Workplace Giving
Campaigns Work

Giving through payroll deduction is one of the easiest and most effective ways to support Maui United Way. Simply sign up through your employer’s workplace giving program, designate Maui United Way as your nonprofit of choice, and select a recurring contribution amount. Your donation will be automatically deducted from each paycheck, creating a steady source of support that helps strengthen families, expand opportunities and build more resilient communities across Maui, Molokai and Lānaʻi. Employee Pledge Forms

Workplace Giving pledge forms are available for companies and county employee campaigns. Maui United Way can process designated gifts made by cash, check, EFT, automatic transfer and payroll deduction. Donors may also choose a “bill me” pledge option. All forms below are fillable and can be completed electronically.

Fundraiser Report Forms

Maui United Way provides Workplace Giving fundraiser report forms so that gifts are fully tax-deductible to the extent of the law. These reports support your tax filing. Your information is confidential and is never shared. All forms below are fillable and can be completed electronically.
